Very satisfied customer !!! Lachute Performance brought satisfaction to a whole new level . It was well worth the 3-hr return trip to have my 2011 Subaru Legacy GT serviced . I left with my car feeling like... brand new . They know Subarus inside & out . The staff are super friendly & patient & especially thier highly qualified technician Marc-Antione . Bravo Lachute Performance!!!

They have amazing customer service. They have very knowledgeable and passionate staf, and unlike 99.99% of shops, they actually have motorsports experience. This is my go-to shop from now on!! There's a reason why people drive out from Ontario to have work done on their car.

I ordered parts for my WRX, they arrived the next day, which was amazing. The only problem was that I ordered the wrong product. I returned my order and received exactly what I wanted within a couple days. I will only buy parts for my WRX from Lachute.

II chose Lachute Performance based on research and the fact that they are an ECUTEK authorized master tuner. Marco and Daniel were very accommodating in rescheduling to find a day that worked for me. I was there from 8:00AM-3:30PM and had a chance to watch a full race shop on a typical day. The waiting area is roomy and clean. Marco took the time to explain all the work that would be done that day and in what order it would progress. Marco took me into the shop to see the progress and was extremely impressed again with the cleanliness, and professionalism of the staff. Mostly young guys all gear heads very polite, all bilingual it was obvious that they enjoyed their work. It is a very family oriented business, very customer focused, project driven, constantly evolving with a huge commitment to R&D and real world performance via a fleet of project vehicles that do track, autocross, rally, road race and time attack duty all of this goes back into the final product that ends up on your car. Special thanks to Steph who tuned the car and took the time to walk me through the process. Merci a tous.

Amazing service! Was in Quebec for business and stopped by Lachute Performance to grab some stickers. The staff was super friendly and took the time to chat. Highly recommend doing business both in person and online with them.
